Ingredients for Korma Masala:
- Coriander powder 3/4 cup
- Red chilli powder 1/4 cup
- Deghi chilli powder 1/4 cup
- Salt 1/4 cup
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 2 tbsp
- Fennel seed powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
- Star anise powder 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Black cardamom powder 1 tbsp
- Shah cumin powder 1 tsp
- Clove powder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg, mace powder 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf 3
- Whole clove 15
- Whole green cardamom 15
Method:
- Roast all ingredients separate.
- Now chilli it, grind all ingredients in coffee grinder and keep in air tight jar.
- Korma masala is ready.
